STORE POLICY, SHIPPING & RETURNS

  • All orders ship from Ontario, Canada with Canada Post.

  • Covid-19 has had a significant impact on most international orders. Some countries can experience a significant delay (sometimes up to 3 months or more) than standard time frames. Please keep this in mind when placing an order.

  • Privacy is taken very seriously. The customers information provided will never be shared (including name, address, email address, phone number, etc.) with anyone. All of the information collected will only be used to complete the order. Unsolicited communication will not be issued.

  • Prices are in CAD. Products can be offered at USD rates; please send an email with the order and it can be set up that way. At this time, other currencies are not accepted.

  • HST/GST is not included in the product cost and will be added on at checkout for Canadian clients only.

  • Shipments are processed within 1-3 business days, regardless of the chosen shipping method. Processing times may change with special store events and holidays.

  • Please be aware tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after you receive an ' Order has been fulfilled ' confirmation since Canada Post needs to scan the packages individually before they're officially on route. If concerned, please contact Canada Post.

  • Estimated delivery times are labeled with the shipping option chosen at checkout.

  • International orders may have customs fees charged by the receiving country. The Art Of Nicole is not responsible for these fees.

  • Under-valuing the packages contents to avoid custom fees will not be done as this is against the law.

  • If the order has been sent back due to providing an incorrect address, not being available to pick it up, etc. the buyer has the option of asking for a refund on the products purchased (shipping costs, however, will not be refunded) or pay additional shipping to have it sent back. If the latter is chosen, please be sure to correct the mistakes made previously to insure the package arrives safely.

  • All sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted.

  • If a product arrives damaged, please contact via email with proof of damage (photos only. Written description of the damage without photo evidence will not be accepted) and a replacement may be arranged, including shipping costs, unless the item is out of stock. Quality is always ensured before being sent out by making use of proper packing, labeling, etc, but sometimes mail carriers can be a little too rough with packages.

  • If the package is lost, refunds can be arranged only if the address submitted was absolutely correct. Please contact both The Art of Nicole and Canada Post if the package has not shown up within the designated time frame and you believe is lost.

  • Lost packages are subject to verification. The Art of Nicole is not responsible for lost packages due to errors in the shipping address provided by the customer.

  • Please be aware that this business coincides with a pet friendly home (2 cats) and a separate room to keep products away from pets is currently unavailable at this time. It is assured that products are properly stored away in clean bins/bags to prevent any sort of pet hair contamination. As a precaution for those with allergies, please make sure products that can be washed/wiped down are done before use/wear.
