COMMISSION APPLICATIONS

TERMS OF SERVICE
It is required that ALL potential clients read through the terms laid out by the artist before proceeding with a commission application, especially if this is your first time working with the Artist. Please read through the terms of service here.
*Prices are listed in CAD.
*If the application is accepted, Canadian clients will be charged in CAD through Square. International clients will be charged in CAD through PayPal.
*Prices are not fixed and may be raised based on complexity.
*Tax for Canadian clients will be added on upon receiving a confirmation email and invoice if your application is accepted.
*UK CLIENTS: Due to not having a VAT license, business cannot be done though PayPal as usual with international clients! If your application is accepted, a listing will be set up on Itch.io that reflects the type of commission you'd like, since the VAT fees are covered upon purchase. You will be asked to purchase that 'product'. It is understandable if you'd rather not go that route, so only apply if you're comfortable with this option! Apologies for the inconvenience!

SKETCH
Quick, loose, rough drawing on a solid white background. This option is ideal for those who want to test the waters before ordering a completed illustration or just want to see how an idea is portrayed quickly. Sketches can be upgraded to a full illustration at a later date. Contact for an upgrade quote at any time.
$90- base price, one character
+$80 per additional character (Max of 4 characters per drawing)

ICON
2000x2000px portrait, drawn from the shoulders and up. Clients will also receive a 100x100px version of the icon as well for web use. Each comes with a simple pattern or solid colour background.
$130- base price, one character, flat colours, no shading
+$50 for added weapons, tools, detailed outfits/accessories, etc.
+$120 for couple/connecting icons (Max. of 4)
+$120 for a complex background
$140- base price, one character, shading/highlights
+$60 for added weapons, tools, detailed outfits/accessories, etc.

HALF BODY
An illustration drawn from the mid-section up with a simple pattern or solid colour background.
$185- base price, one character, flat colours, no shading

$210- base price, one character, shading/highlights

CONVENTION BADGE
An illustration drawn from the mid-section up. Con badges are typically worn at conventions or meet ups and are used as a name/ID tag, essentially. The name of choice will be displayed in a fancy suited font somewhere on the drawing. If you have a specific request for a font, placement, etc. please specify when placing an order.

ILLUSTRATION
Full body illustration of a character with a simple pattern or solid colour background.
$230- base price, one character, flat colours, no shading

SKETCH UPGRADE
Have a sketch you commissioned in the past that you'd like to see cleaned up into a coloured illustration? This is the choice for you! Features a full body illustration of a character with a simple pattern or solid colour background and are discounted from regular illustrations since the sketch is already complete.
$140- base price, one character, flat colours, no shading
$270- base price, two characters, flat colours, no shading
+$100 for added weapons, tools, detailed outfits/accessories, etc.
+$210 for a complex background
$170- base price, one character, shading/highlights
$330- base price, two characters, shading/highlights
+$116 for added weapons, tools, detailed outfits/accessories, etc.
+$240 for a complex background
Vehicles are counted as a character, so if you have one character and a vehicle in the sketch you want upgraded, then it'll either be $210 or $240 based on the finish you'd like for the illustration.
If you're wanting to add others elements to be applied to the finished illustration that do not exist in the sketch already, please contact for a more accurate quote.
CHARACTER REFERENCE
Full body flat coloured (no shading) illustration of your character, intended for use as a visual reference/guide for your character. The Artist can happily work from limited reference and/or from description for this type of commission. If the reference sheet is intended to be used as a costume reference, please make note of that in the order form so the reference sheet can be designed as intended for that use. Contact for more info, if needed.
$240- base price, single flat colour pose/view, written info, colour palette and overall layout of the reference sheet
+$210 per additional pose/view (Max. of 4 poses/views)
+$130 per head shot view (shoulders and up)
+$100 per close up view highlighting a specific body part, accessory, tool, weapon, etc
+$75 for an alternate version (nsfw, for example)
+$185 for an alternate clothed version
EXPRESSION SHEET
Portrait style, flat coloured (no shading) drawn from the shoulders and up with your choice between 3 or 6 different expressions. These can be used as icons for emotes in chat rooms like Telegram, Discord, etc. or another kind of visual reference for your character. Expression sheets are sent as one compiled image with a simple pattern or solid colour background. A separate transparent file for each expression will be sent along as well.
$320- base price, one character, flat colours, no shading, 3 expressions
$650- base price, flat colours, no shading, 6 expressions (expressions can be split up to feature two characters. ex. 3 for one character, 3 for the other)
